Why we exist

The cleaning industry runs on quotes that don’t match invoices, fees that show up after the job, and contractors paid late or not at all. We thought the basics — one hourly rate, charge after the work, pay cleaners weekly — should just be the standard. So we built that.

How we run

Three principles that show up in every product decision:

• Pay only for time worked. If your cleaner finishes early, you pay less than the estimate. Always.
• No hidden fees. $50/hr flat plus HST. The only extra is a 24-hour late-cancel charge, written on every booking page.
• Cleaners get paid daily. Every completed job pays out automatically via Stripe Connect, with funds landing about a week later. No chasing, no Net-30, no “processing.”
