Yes. Every property and every cleaner is the same flat $50/hr. HST (13%) is added on top at checkout, and that's the whole bill — no booking fees, no service fees, no surcharges.
We estimate hours from your property type, bathroom count, and add-ons, then show you the full room-by-room scope before you book. You're charged for the actual time worked — if the cleaner finishes early, you pay less than the estimate.
Yes. Weekly bookings get 10% off and monthly bookings get 5% off, applied to your subtotal before HST. The $50/hr rate itself never changes.
Nothing if you cancel more than 24 hours before the start. Inside 24 hours it's a one-hour fee ($56.50 incl. HST). Reschedules are always free as long as the new date is 72+ hours out.
